1. Contact Speak From Beyond via email, phone or text to let us know a member has passed away. We recommend contacting us as soon as possible to speed up the process of accessing a member’s account. There may be time sensitive information within the digital vault.

2. Send Speak From Beyond any information that may help confirm a member’s death. Email any documentation such as a death certificate, obituary or any other documentation that you think may be helpful.

3. Let us know the name of the funeral home, city, state and date that the death occurred.

4. If we are unable to confirm a death through various methods we will need an official death certificate mailed to us at 19215 SE 34TH ST #106 PMB #351, Camas, WA 98607 to confirm a death.

5. When a recipient informs us that a death has occurred we begin our death confirmation process within 24 hours of receiving the message. Allow us 1-3 weeks to confirm a death. The time to confirm a death may depend on the amount of time it takes a recipient to obtain an official death certificate.

6. Once Speak From Beyond completes the investigation to confirm a death the trusted recipients chosen by that member will receive an email, text or call with instructions on how to access the deceased members profile and all of the saved files within the digital vault.

7. Speak From Beyond will store a member’s files as long as the subscription is up to date. If a payment is not received within 30 days after non payment, a member’s profile will be deleted along with all of the stored files and cannot be restored.

8. If you are a recipient we urge you to download all of the member’s files to your trusted devices so you can access the files whenever you please.
